A healthy person has a constant flow of energy and can be said to glow like a candle. The better the energy flow and less fatigue and stressed we feel, the better and healthier we are. A constant energy flow provides the body with ample energy and keep the body functioning in a state of “inner balance”. Therefore the true solution to stress lies within each other. Inner balance is crucial to our health. Just as a physical health depends on a balanced diet to maintain its equilibrium, the whole human being needs to establish an emotional and spiritual balance.
Many techniques of “stress management” are like holding on the table’s legs to keep it from tilting off balance. Because the table is not secure and cannot stand by itself, it needs constant support from an outside source(drugs, alcohol, a vacation, or even a help of a friend). The problem with such agents they become addictive - even relationships with people - which can frustrate both parties. Addiction is not independence. We need to learn to carry loads without any outside help.
Meditation can give us this balance and strength. By meditation one gathers all energies within ourself. By enhancing the auric shield around the body we also prevent it from many physical disorders. This is also preventive health care.
