Too busy to visit property? We can visit property on your behalf and provide custom, narrated video walk-throughs
Note: If you see any home that interests you, ask us about it. From “For Sale by Owner ” properties, to new developments, to properties not even on the market, we are able to best represent you in the pursuit of that property.

We will invest substantial time and effort in locating your new home, and in return we request your loyalty: a commitment that you will work with us, exclusively, in selecting and purchasing your home
We understand construction and the East Bay housing stock. We will review disclosures and property inspection reports with you and discuss red flags and aspects of concern with respect to property conditions.
We are not paid hourly, nor do we receive a salary. We work entirely on commission, which we receive only if we initiate and conclude a successful property purchase for you.
